2. Every job gets my personal attention. I am or a direct representative from my company is at your project each day to answer any questions you might have and to provide job supervision.

3. Our many years in business gives me access to a large base of proven workers and specialty contractors. My carpenters are highly skilled, conscientious technicians. All have many years of experience and training. We don’t employ any “kids” or spare-timers. You’ll have a project built by professionals.

4. I pledge that we will be working on your job every business day. You’ll never be wondering when or if the workers are ever going to show up.

5. With over 25 years in business I have the experience to interpret your home’s age, architecture, style, neighborhood concerns, market value, resale concerns, and design trends to provide you with the most value for your money.

6. I will only show you projects that fit your financial position and your needs and desires. I will not waste your time showing you projects you’re not interested in or can’t afford.

7. You will get a complete construction service- from design and permits through construction and final clean-up. You don’t have to worry about any forgotten details.

8. Your project is designed in-house using the most up-to-date computer drafting program AutoCad Architectural. And we design to both your budget and your needs.

9. By the time construction begins, we will have met at least a half dozen times to plan your project. You’ll see no surprises, no hidden add-ons.

10. You will completely understand the way things will be done and after we start there shouldn’t be any need for changes. I don’t like Change Orders because they cost you so much time and money. Some contractors love to make big money on them by not being honest up front. That’s not fair to you. Of course, if you request a change we’ll happily take care of it, but changes do interrupt the forward progress of your project.

11. You will be a continuous part of the design process and receive a full set of blueprints before work begins. You’ll receive a complete and detailed Construction Specification document that lists everything to be done for each phase of construction, in the order that it’s going to be done. You’ll receive a Construction Contract that lists total price, payment schedule, start date and completion date.

You’ll always know what we’re doing, when we’re doing it, why we’re doing it, how much it costs, what it will look like and when we’ll be completed.

12. Your home will be kept neat and clean. We always sweep up at the end of each day and construction debris is placed in a pre-determined place for pickup and disposal at regular intervals.

13. You’ll receive a Waiver and Lien Release with each Invoice for Progress Payment. This insures you that no false claims will be made against your home.

14. We offer a 3-Year Guarantee with yearly anniversary inspections. If there’s a problem, we come back and fix it, free.
 
15. My State Contractor’s License numbers are B1-481751 and 865268. I am bonded with the State of California and carry Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance.
 
16. You’ll never have a problem reaching me. I return all phone calls within 1 working day. Emergency calls- immediately.

17. If I don’t think I can help you with your project, I’ll gladly refer you to another qualified contractor who can.
